Mid-Season PCL Blue Division Standings

The first half of the PCL Blue Division season is history and the Men's Varsity Saints are just outside of playoff range. The Saints are 2-6-1, currently in 7th place with 7 points. The six teams with the most points make the playoffs. Each team receives three points for a win, 1 point for a tie and no points for a loss.

 Here's the PCL Blue Division Standings as of 10/3/09:

1st place - Archbishop Wood unbeaten at 9-0-0 with 27 points.(The only goal scored against them was by our own Austin West)

Tie 2nd place -  Lansdale Catholic and Conwell Egan at 6-2-1 with 19 points. Their head to head matchup was a 2-2 tie.

4th Place - Archbishop Carroll 6-3 with 18 points.

5th place - Kennedy-Kenrick 5-3-1 with 16 points. Their tie was a 2-2 contest against our Saints. Joey Hatton scored both goals.

6th Place - Bishop McDevitt 3-6 with 9 points. Saints suffered a tough 1-0 loss. Need  to rebound in 2nd matchup against them.

7th Place - Neumann-Goretti Saints with 7 points. 

8th Place - Cardinal Dougherty with 3 points.

9th Place - West Catholic with 0 points.

The Saints have 7 regular season games remaining and are currently 2 points from the final playoff spot. Go Saints!!!
